Driver suffers apparent heart attack, dies in Queens crash that leaves passengers trapped, children seriously injured.

Anthony Boyd, 45, was near 35th Ave. and 21st St. in Astoria on Sunday when he lost control of his minivan and crashed into a fire hydrant. The driver's 44-year-old wife, along with her 28-year-old daughter and two grandsons, ages 1 and 10, were trapped inside the vehicle. Witnesses also saw a 7-year-old victim injured at the scene, but police could not confirm a sixth passenger.
